Tour Gongbang Co., Ltd. or (주)여행공방 that is commonly known as Korea Travel Mate to foreigners, is a registered Korean travel agency. The global team operates tour packages for foreigners residing in Korea and short-term tourists.

Starting our journey in 2013 as a tour agency for Koreans, we extended our operations to Foreigner Tours in 2014. Since then, we travel all around the country. Korea Travel Mate’s trips will take you on an exciting journey from bigger cities, to lesser known areas to hidden gems of Korea to immerse into the local culture and cultivate deeper understanding of Korean history, food and traditions.

We strive to offer the best travel packages for foreigners. Packages that are low-budget, fully planned, include hands-on experience and are accompanied by foreign staff. So our guests can conveniently travel and have an unforgettable experience in the rural of Korea, that are usually not easily accessible.

Local Tours

Our local visits to rural areas are offered by bus, train and plane. We participate in hands-on experiences, sample local delicacies and learn more about Korean culture from the local people.

FAM Tours (Familiarization Tours)

By inviting international influencers, "familiarization tours" are held in order to create worldwide promotional content for diverse locations of Korea and their tourism development.

FIT Tours

These less complex packages have no tour guide. They are perfect for people who want to travel alone or in a small group of friends to enjoy different leisure activities such as skiing during winter time or rafting in the summer time.

Korea Travel Mate offers part-sponsored experience trips (subsidized by local Korean governments). As such, our trip cost is much cheaper than what you would expect with some of our trips as affordable as 20,000 wons. 

Whilst not all trips will be so cheap, Korea Travel Mate will for sure give you the best value trip you can find in Korea.   

In general, most tours include transport, accommodation (if overnight trip), meal or meals depending on the kind of tour package, experience, and entrance fees as well as the guide and operation fees.  

Korea Travel Mate provides travelers from all over the world, not just those from particular nations, with amazing trips in Korea to make beautiful and unique memories.

In order to successfully host local governments' important projects and events, promotional marketing is carried out as an intra-bound global travel project to bring multinational tourists to the area enjoying the specific region.
