FAQ
1. Is Korea Travel Mate a Travel Agency?
2. Are Koreans allowed on trips?
Most Korea Travel Mate tours are primarily supported by Korean government programs designed specifically for foreign visitors. Because of this, participation is usually limited to non-Korean travelers.
However, we occasionally offer special tours where Korean participants are also welcome. Availability for Korean nationals is always clearly indicated in the signup form for each trip, so please be sure to check the details before registering.
3. How to pay for the trips?

4. Do you provide only weekend trips?
5. Who can join the trips?
6. Do you provide private tour packages?
Yes, private tours can be arranged in line with Korea Travel Mate’s policies and operating standards. If you have a community, group, or organization interested in a customized travel experience, we are happy to help you create a tour tailored to your needs.
Getting started is easy — you are just a phone call, email, or message away from planning your own personalized Korea Travel Mate journey.
7. Do you provide private rooms if needed?
8. Do you provide Halal or Vegetarian/Vegan food?
We do not provide Halal, Vegetarian, or Vegan meal options on our trips. Many of our tours visit rural areas where these options are either not available or would exceed the tour budget.
While we always aim to consider our travelers’ needs, providing alternative meal options is not always possible. If the provided meals are not suitable for you, you will need to bring your own food or purchase alternative food during the tour.
Please note that the travel agency is not responsible for arranging special meals beyond the standard meal provided at the designated restaurant or location. We recommend planning ahead to ensure you have suitable food options during your trip.
9. Are there overseas tours too?
